What You'll Need to File
Use the current LLC-1 fields: company name; principal-office mailing and physical addresses as applicable; registered-agent details and Hawaii business address; organizer names and addresses; duration; management selection and initial manager or member information as applicable; member-liability selection; and organizer signature.

- Enter your LLC's information — name, registered agent, principal office address, management structure, and organizer details.
- Review and submit — the DCCA checks your name for distinguishability automatically as part of the filing.
- Pay the applicable $51 formation fee and check the current BREG queue; approval timing is not guaranteed.
- Save your approved Articles of Organization — this is your official proof of formation; you'll need it to open a business bank account and apply for an EIN.
