What a Kentucky Registered Agent Actually Does
Your registered agent is your LLC's official contact point for the legal system. If your business is sued, the lawsuit papers (service of process) go to your agent. State notices — including reminders about your June 30 Annual Report deadline — go there too. Kentucky requires one under KRS 275.115 so courts and the Commonwealth always have a reliable place to reach your business.

Changing Your Agent Later ($10)
