Arkansas Registered Agent Requirements
Under A.C.A. § 4-20-105 and § 4-38-115, your registered agent must:
- Have a physical Arkansas street address — no P.O. boxes accepted, since documents must be deliverable in person.
- Appoint an eligible individual or entity under Arkansas registered-agent law. Maintain a physical Arkansas address and keep the appointment current.
- Be available during regular business hours at the listed address to accept service of process and official mail.
