What Georgia Requires
Every Georgia LLC must continuously maintain a registered agent listed with the Secretary of State. The requirements are straightforward:
- Physical Georgia street address — a P.O. box alone doesn't qualify; the agent needs a real, physical in-state location.
- Available during normal business hours — to personally accept service of process and official state correspondence.
