Who Qualifies

A noncommercial individual or entity

Chapter 77 permits a noncommercial individual or entity and an office/position route. Check the appointment details, Nevada service address, receipt arrangements and acceptance. Do not use individual residency as a substitute for those requirements.

A registered commercial agent

Commercial-agent registration is distinct from general business qualification. Serving 10 or more represented entities triggers registration under NRS 77.320. Confirm current commercial registration and the Nevada service location before appointing the provider.

NRS Chapter 77 separates registration, appointment, addresses and acceptance. An out-of-state owner is not automatically required to buy a service. Compare a compliant noncommercial individual/entity, office/position route or registered commercial agent.
